Soul & Strengths Agreement of Terms

Thank you for choosing this integrated approach to personal and spiritual growth. This agreement outlines how we will engage both spiritual direction and strengths coaching in our time together.

1. Scope of Practice

Spiritual direction is a process of deep listening and spiritual reflection, and as a certified CliftonStrengths coach, I help individuals identify and develop their natural talents. While this work involves both spiritual and personal reflection, it is not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or legal/medical advice. I am not a licensed mental health provider or financial advisor. Should such needs arise, I may encourage you to seek support from trained professionals.

2. Confidentiality

Our conversations are sacred and will be held in the strictest confidence. I will not share your identity or the content of our sessions with anyone, except in two rare circumstances: if I am legally required to disclose information to prevent serious harm or report suspected abuse, or within the confidential context of my professional development, where your identity will always remain anonymous.

3. Scheduling and Fees

• Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and are virtual via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

• Suggested contribution for each session is $45–$100. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale—please give as you're able.

• Payments can be made via Venmo or Stripe either before or after the session.
