Soul and Strengths Agreement of Terms

Thank you for the opportunity to accompany you through Soul and Strengths—a process that integrates spiritual direction with CliftonStrengths coaching to support both your inner journey and your personal development.This agreement outlines our mutual understanding of how we will engage in this meaningful work together.

1. Scope of Practice

Spiritual direction is a process of deep listening, discernment, and spiritual reflection. Gallup CliftonStrengths coaching involves exploring your natural talents and the potential you have to maximize these gifts in your life setting. Infusing the two, this work involves both spiritual and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or legal/medical advice. I am not a licensed mental health provider or financial advisor. Should such needs arise, I may encourage you to seek support from trained professionals in those fields.

2. Confidentiality

Our conversations are sacred and confidential. I will not share your identity or the content of our sessions with anyone, except in two rare circumstances: if I am legally required to disclose information to prevent serious harm or report suspected abuse, or within the confidential context of my professional development, where your identity will always remain anonymous.

3. Scheduling and Fees

  • Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and are virtual via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

  • Suggested contribution for each session is $45–$100. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale—please give as you're able.

  • Payments can be made via Venmo either before or after the session.
